At El’s House of Beauty, the safety and wellbeing of my clients is my highest priority. Due to the requirements of my insurance policy, as well as my personal beliefs and values, I do not perform any treatments on anyone under the age of 18 years.

I kindly ask that all clients respect this policy when booking appointments. I also ask that you attend your appointment alone and do not bring anyone with you. This is due to insurance requirements, as well as there being no seating or waiting area for additional guests.

At El’s House Of Beauty, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged and will require a deposit for future bookings. All deposits are non refundable.

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting the rest of the day’s appointments. Full treatment fees still apply. If you decide upon arrival to alter the appointment, the full price of the original treatment will still be charged.

Please note that there are no exceptions to this cancellation policy. As a small business, these policies are essential to ensure I can continue providing the best possible service to all of my clients. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting my business.

If you are booking an eyelash or eyebrow tint, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment time. This is a requirement of my insurances and it is an essential step in insuring your safety by checking for any potential allergic reactions to the tint.
